Well the August Camp & Ride is in the books folks and it was a doozy!  Mother nature provided the moisture to keep the dust down and the low spots full.  43 riders turned out for the 6th annual ORV Camp & Ride Fundraiser.  Overall, we covered 72 miles of beautiful northern Michigan scenery on Saturday.  A trail side lunch and wonderful fireside dinner provided sustenence for the enthusiastic bunch, with great fellowship all day long.  The event organizers discussed plans for next years Camp & Ride August 27-28, 2021, as well as rumors of a color ride yet this fall, so stay tuned…..

With the change of seasons, we are coming back into “work mode” for the club, with regards to winter trail preparations.  Brushing, mowing, grading & signing trails will be on our radar as we get ready for another season of riding sleds in northern Michigan.  Anyone interested in helping out with this endeavor is encouraged to contact Karl at [email protected]  Monthly club meetings for the remainder of the calendar year will cover these and many more topics related to the clubs operations, so make plans to stop in on a Saturday and say Hi and meet our officers and other members, who’s volunteer involvement is much appreciated! 

One final note; the club has secured a credit card reader!  We will be working on getting that option up and running to offer electronic purchases of clothing, memberships, donations, etc both online and at events to help support the club.
